Thank you for choosing IELTS Easy. We aim to provide high-quality IELTS preparation courses and learning experiences. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be granted.

By purchasing our courses or using our Website mohammadarif.in, you agree to this policy.


1. General Policy

All purchases made on our Website are final and non-refundable, except in cases explicitly mentioned in this document.

Because our products include instantly-accessible digital content and live educational sessions, refunds generally cannot be provided after purchase.


2. Recorded Courses (Pre-Recorded / Self-Paced)

For all recorded courses:

  • No refunds are provided after purchase.

  • Access is granted immediately after payment; therefore cancellation is not possible.

  • Users are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their device and internet connection before purchasing.


3. Live Classes / Live Mentorship Programs

For live classes and group coaching:

  • Fees are non-refundable once registration is completed.

  • If you fail to attend a class, session, or workshop, no refund or partial refund will be issued.

  • Recordings (if provided) are at the disposal of the instructor and not guaranteed.

3.1 Rescheduling / Class Changes

If a class is postponed or rescheduled due to technical or personal reasons from the instructor’s side:

  • The class will be rescheduled

  • No refunds will be issued


4. Double Payment or Duplicate Transactions

If you were charged twice for a single transaction due to payment gateway error:

  • We will initiate a refund for the duplicate payment.

  • You must provide proof of the duplicate charge (screenshot or bank statement).

  • Refund will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.


5. Payment Processing Issues

If a payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account:

  • The payment gateway or bank may automatically reverse the amount within 5–10 business days.

  • If not, you may contact us with proof, and we will assist in raising a ticket with the payment provider.


6. Course Access Issues

If you experience a verified technical problem that prevents you from accessing a purchased course:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of purchase.

  • If the issue is confirmed from our end and cannot be resolved, we may provide:

    • Access to an alternative course, or

    • A partial refund (at our discretion).

Issues caused by your device, internet, or third-party software do not qualify for refunds.


7. Cancellations by IELTS Easy

In extremely rare situations, if a course or program is cancelled entirely by us:

  • You may receive a full refund or

  • Receive credit to enroll in another course

The choice will be communicated via email.


8. No Refund for Misuse or Policy Violations

Refunds will not be granted if your account is suspended or terminated due to:

  • Sharing course materials

  • Recording or redistributing content

  • Sharing login credentials

  • Violating Terms & Conditions

Such violations also forfeit any future access.
